Shipping policy

Shipping to the UAE is a flat rate of 20dhs (unless on promotion)
It will be shipped with a local courier, I will arrange it to be delivered within 1-3 working days (Fridays are excluded). They should call you when they are planning to come in advance. However if you have any complaints, or they are late, or you do not like their behaviour; please contact the courier about it. It is out of my hands.

For international shipping: Rate is calculated on checkout depending on the country, it is sent with the local post office and takes 1-4 weeks depending on where you are.

Once the packages are out of my hands I am not responsible for any delays. If you have not received anything after 4 weeks, please first contact your local post office, they will help locate it. As a last resort I can raise an enquiry with my post office my end, please leave this as a last option, and I will do my best to help. It will be found, parcels are insured when I send them.
